I saved and exported my playing around with Cecilia as a wav. I liked the preset we worked with in class and slowed it down to create a nice soothing sound.

I researched Pulsar synthesis as well. It is a method of electronic music synthesis based on making of groups of sonic particles. It can produce either rhythms or tones as it criss‐crosses perceptual time spans. The basic method makes sounds similar to vintage electronic music sonorities, with several important enhancements. The advanced method combines multiple pulsar groups and convolution with sampled sounds.

I also listened to Iannis Xenakis - Concret PH. The beginning sounded like a blend of a crackling fire and the popping of pop rocks. Then I noticed a panning left to right of an added sound that sounded like a chain being climbed up as the song got more intense. It sounded like something out of a blacksmith shop. Anyway, the chain sound then sounded like it was shattering with glass and the song faded out with just the beginning blend of sound very briefly. I never heard anything like this before and it made me feel a little uneasy. The use of pan gave it a bit more balance for my ear but it also made it feel a bit more hectic in a way. Very interesting and mind opening in my opinion.
